ANDREW SCHUMACHER
Petroleum Engineer
Andrew an Ohio Valley native has been involved in oil and gas operations locally and throughout the United States. Has operational and production experiences in the Appalachian Basin, Permian Basin, DJ Basin and San Juan Basins of the United States. This field experience teamed with a Petroleum Engineering degree from Marietta College and an Executive MBA in Energy from the University of Oklahoma and a passion for the Ohio Valley gives him the knowledge and skill to protect your interests.
Andrew’s experiences have covered production engineering and optimization, completion design and oversight and well-site supervision. Additional his skills have been utilized with L. Schumacher Law, LLC for land owner representation matters. Matter experience has covered lease agreements, production audits and marketable title act reviews.
LYNSEY SCHUMACHER
Lawyer
Lynsey is an Ohio Valley native dedicated to pursuing her dream of practicing law right here in the Ohio Valley. After high school, Lynsey attended The Ohio State University where she graduated cum laude with a B. A. in Political Science. Then, Lynsey was accepted into Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio where she immersed herself in the broad curriculum that CWRU had to offer. Lynsey earned her J.D. (Juris Doctor degree) and graduated cum laude.
As cliche as it is, Lynsey has a passion for helping others and lives by the motto “treat others as you wish to be treated.” This philosophy drove Lynsey to open her own practice in the heart of Monroe County, Ohio. Understanding what it means to truly be a part of and aid the community is important and is what drives Lynsey to bring honest, advanced legal services to our community.
Lynsey was named a 2020 "Top 40 under 40" attorney for Ohio by The National Trial Lawyers, a professional organization with an invitation-only membership. This distinguished honor is awarded exclusively to civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense attorneys from each state or region who are under the age of 40 and "exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership." Selections are based on a multiphase process that includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.
